whhaat? the demo was just bad. so many head scratching moments with the controls, with the feel of the weapons, with the damage balance...i just felt terrible after playing a few rounds of it.

I hope they made some vast improvements to the game.

It really is all about the amount of support it will receive. It may not be fine tuned to precision gaming just yet, but later iterations of the tech will certainly be an improvement.

Leaving gaming aside, to be able to control other aspects of Live can definitely benefit any household that likes to watch movies, listen to the radio, or video chat. In my opinion, I think they breezed through those qualities. They could have made a great presentation with how it can be ta...

No one has convinced me of why I should go buy one today.

I really don't deny that 3D is going to be big. I don't think it'll be big with glasses. Once an established manufacturer releases a glassesless tech for the mass market, who's gonna want something that requires glasses.

You can't "invest" in a technology that hasn't been tested in the market. Just what exactly would the "investment" be? You buy it at...

No one will buy 3D TVs for games (haha unless you're JustTheFactsMr). There are no movies that are HD 3D supported.

The only reason why people would by a 3D TV would be if there's a guarantee that it'll be heavily supported.

No movies = why the hell would i buy this...?

Oh as of TODAY, there are TWO, count TWO HD 3D movies on the market. Monsters vs. Aliens and Cloudy w/ a Chance of Meatballs.

TWO.

They are definitely pursuing this Move for adult gamers idea. I hope they can make it work. It'd be good for the industry.

Hm, I don't think it's a completely misleading title actually. He's basing the popularity of the product on the line lengths to play the new product:

"Judging by the length of the lines at Sony's booth, interest in the device isn't particularly high. ModNation Racers attracted twice the attention of Sony's motion controller. Meanwhile, Mario Galaxy 2, a game that's been out in Japan for nearly a month, had the longest lines of the show. Those...
